COVID-19 has drastically altered professional and private life all over the world. As proud members of a global company, we are acutely aware of the physical, emotional and financial toll the virus has taken on our employees, partners, customers and fellow human beings around the globe.

Although we are not immune to the financial implications caused by the outbreak, we believe that the human element at the core of our business deserves equal attention and care.

Empathy, honesty, and cooperation are the values we uphold in an effort to ease our collective emotional and financial strain. Although optimism is not an antidote to the circumstances we find ourselves in, we hope ours will help you preserve some semblance of normalcy, despite the present conditions.

At present, we have been deemed an ‘essential service’ as part of the food and beverage industry and will remain fully operational with our production, operational and logistical capabilities until further notice. We will continue to service and support our customers to the best of our ability.

We emphatically prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees, business partners, and customers above all else. We have taken several steps to ensure that both our and your safety remains paramount.

-We have established global and North American teams to monitor COVID-19 developments as they happen and will adjust our approach accordingly.

-We are limiting, postponing or canceling all nonessential travel for our employees.

-We have implemented social distancing practices for our employees working at our production facilities around the world.

-We are relying heavily on our technological capabilities to communicate internally and externally in the absence of in-person meetings.

We recognize that the unique circumstances created by the COVID-19 outbreak have caused a variety of unforeseeable complications that affect our customers and their families. While we are limited in our ability to alleviate all of the problems caused by the outbreak, we remain eager to assist our customers, suppliers and partners in the ways that we can.

We encourage you to contact your Account Executive directly with any issues you are experiencing that we might be able to help with.

In the end, we’re confident that we can and will get through this difficult time together. Craft brewers are a resilient group, one which has fostered a sense of community and emphasized the importance of mutual goodwill since the beginning. In these uncertain times, we need to rely on each other more than ever.

So stay safe, wash your hands, follow recommendations from the CDC, practice social distancing and try to help each other out where you can.

Let’s grab a beer together when this is all behind us.
